Technology is at the core of this transformation. The only way for businesses to evolve and embrace digitisation is to modernise their IT environment. But although more and more organisations are growing privy to the importance of digital transformation, the strategies for rolling it out and the rate at which companies embark on their modernisation journey can vary greatly. 

For that reason, DSA conducted a survey, commissioned by DELL EMC to find out how medium enterprises in Malaysia are approaching their IT modernisation efforts, their biggest concerns, how far along they are in their digitalisation journey and which areas of technologies they are focusing on in that journey.
